Henkley Safety will accept returns and issue full credit on products that are returned in their original seal within two weeks after delivery. No items will be accepted for return if the seal has been removed. Printed or Embroidered garments are non returnable at any time. If you are not sure of sizes, colours etc please purchase first and then send the item(s) back for printing or embroidery.
If you are unhappy with the delivered product(s), you may return it, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the item. You pay the return postage, but this must be sent RECORDED DELIVERY or COURIER SERVICE (this is not refundable). A refund will be given (for the item/s not the postage) provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The item(s) must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Product(s) ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
